Craig helps set the strategic direction to create alignment, scale, and efficiencies across Sundance Realty & Associates. He is focused on expanding market share and helping clients achieve their real estate goals through exceptional service and lasting relationships.

Craig began his career in real estate in 2002. After graduating high school in Connecticut, he relocated to Arkansas. Initially working in the retail sector for Sears Roebuck & Co. by night and as a certified heavy truck diesel technician by day, he discovered his passion for the real estate market. His skills in creative problem-solving, effective teamwork, and persistence have greatly benefited his clients.

From 2002 to 2016, Craig actively developed land, installed utilities, and subcontracted various construction projects through his company, Sundance Investments Inc., in Arkansas. He managed over 30 properties, most of which were developed from scratch, and oversaw commercial and residential property management, as well as investments throughout the state.

Craig’s background in property development, management, investment, and entrepreneurship allows him to offer invaluable expertise to buyers and sellers. He holds a BS and MBA in Business Administration, making him a versatile asset for his clients.

Craig is also a published author, having co-authored two books through the Napoleon Hill Foundation, where he encourages others to overcome adversity and succeed. He holds a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu under Robson Moura, an eight-time world champion and legend. Additionally, Craig is a seasoned Salsa dancer and instructor, who performed and taught at various venues across the country.

A dedicated philanthropist, Craig is an ambassador for Tap Cancer Out, a global charity that raises funds for cancer research and support through jiu-jitsu tournaments and programs. He actively donates his time, energy, and money to this cause.

Craig lives his passions fully, dedicating himself to his clients, his community, and his personal interests, including Brazilian jiu-jitsu, salsa dancing, and supporting cancer research.
